Contacted customer, customer explained that the issue began after having done a tune up. Removed spark plug, found incorrect spark plugs installed in car. Installed correct plugs and new boots. Test drove car, vehicle does not hesitate anymore, vehicle repaired.

Replaced the MAF sensor and air filter, started vehicle, engine in derate, exhaust filter plugged (260%). Attempted regen, aftertreatment fuel injector leaking fuel externally. Replaced aftertreatment fuel injector and ran 4 regens until the soot load reached 35% and passed.
