Replaced the MAF sensor and air filter, started vehicle, engine in derate, exhaust filter plugged (260%). Attempted regen, aftertreatment fuel injector leaking fuel externally. Replaced aftertreatment fuel injector and ran 4 regens until the soot load reached 35% and passed.
