2016 Ford Transit-350 HD

Replaced the MAF sensor and air filter, started vehicle, engine in derate, exhaust filter plugged (260%). Attempted regen, aftertreatment fuel injector leaking fuel externally. Replaced aftertreatment fuel injector and ran 4 regens until the soot load reached 35% and passed.

2017 Ford F-550 Super Duty
Mileage68,053Service Date3/12/2024Services Performed- Failed oil pressure sensor is the cause of the oil pressure gauge issues. The fuel gauge error was caused by an instrument cluster logic freeze. Removing power from the cluster and draining the capacitors repaired the issue.
